A healthy life is necessary for good health and nutrition we are living in an era where we didn’t focus on our health because we all are taking an interest in making more and more wealth but remember that wealth without health is nothing because if you are healthy, you love everything others wise no matter what you have it becomes worst.
What I notice is that as I earlier told you, we are more focus on our wealth but what I saw in this world people are less conscious about their health in the beginning when they jump into their professional lives, and after that, they earn a lot of money and fame and then they lost their health in order to chase more money. So that’s how we are living when we are healthy we start chasing wealth, and after that we got sick we spend that money get our health back.

Eat diversity of foods:
So in order to eat healthy foods, we need to stay away from junk food because they are enemies because this type of food does not provide you proper nutrition, which your body needs. Eat food such as lentils and beans, staples like cereals (wheat, barley, rye, maize, or rice), foods from animal sources (meat, fish, eggs, and milk), and healthy fruits and vegetables which have a high source of vitamins.
Eat a variety of vegetables and fruits:
Fruits and vegetables are a great source of vitamins minerals, fibre, proteins, and antioxidants. People who include raw vegetables and fruits in their daily diets have lower chances of heart disease, certain types of cancer, and diabetes.
Eat less fat:
There are two different types of fat, good fat and bad fat. Eating too much fat can cause you several types of diseases while eating good fat can boost your energy level and good fat also protect your brain and heart omega-3s is one of the healthy fat which improves your physical health
Eat less salt and sugar:
People who eat a high amount of salt have higher chances of high blood pressure problems, which can also cause heart disease. Similarly eating too much sugar can also cause the overweight problem if you are addicted to eating too much sugar you can replace it with Jaggery it also prevent you from the disease like diabetics. Prefer to eat fresh fruits rather than sweet snacks such as cookies, cakes, and chocolate.
